After getting on our schedule, we typically quote service completion by end of the scheduled service day. If any issues arise, our mechanics will reach out to seek further approval or notify you of any delays.

We have great inventory on everything bicycles. If we do not have what you need, many items can be special ordered and delivered to our store within 10 to 14 business days. If you already have parts, we can also conduct the installation after verifying compatibility.

Yes! Unlike our typical services, payment is taken upfront. It is up to you to provide a shipping label (our recommendation: BikeFlights.com) for us to attach to the box. The boxed bicycle will then be picked up from our shipping and receiving department during our normal pick-up hours. All bike boxing needs to be booked in advance and can be done through the self-service page.
